Compass Corporate Services are thrilled to be partnering with a nationwide provider of mental health services. Our client supports thousands of service users throughout the country, across their online and in-person support services. Together we are searching for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to bolster their People Operations function.

The Role

We are searching for a passionate individual, with a keen eye for detail, to support the growing in-house People function as HR Administrator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, new starter information, references, DBS checks, offer letters, contracts, termination agreements, HR project work and more. Reporting directly to the Onboarding Lead, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the requirements and guidelines around safer recruitment. As a brand-new post, created to support the organisations existential growth plans, you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on it and make the role your own. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role.
