Marketing Manager | Award Winning Dental Group

£35,000 + bonus

Remote (travel to the North West and Midlands is required)

Full Time Permanent

Our client is an award-winning dental group with practices across the UK. They are currently seeking a marketing professional to join the team and be responsible for their practices across the Midlands and North West region.

You will work closely with the Practice teams at each site to create and implement marketing strategies, therefore becoming a crucial part of their continued success as the leading dental group in the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of a marketing plan for practices in the group, based in the North West and Midlands area.
  • Provide hands on marketing support to implement these marketing plans i.e. email marketing campaigns
  • Understand the practice requirements for local marketing & collateral, and ensure they are well serviced
  • Provide clear briefs to our graphic designer when required
  • Work closely with the dental groups digital agency and partners to drive digital campaign performance
  • Setting up and championing the success of open events and promotions, including Invisalign open events
  • Analyse marketing results and make recommendations for improvements
  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure that the marketing plan and social strategy are aligned
  • Develop relationships with practice teams and Operations Managers to ensure you are delivering support in the right areas and at the right time
  • Work with the Sales/ PEO team to make sure they are well informed of any marketing campaigns
  • Ensure all practices are well communicated with & informed of any marketing updates or new initiatives
  • Work with the website agency to keep all websites updated and performing well
  • Manage and report on the marketing budget

Requirements:

  • Previous Marketing Manager experience
  • Experience in a marketing role within the dental or healthcare industry is preferrable, however not essential if you have experience in a similar sector
  • You must be an ambitious & target driven individual, with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong organisational & problem-solving skills
