CCS | Compass Corporate Services have a brand new job vacancy available for an experienced Payroll Officer or Payroll Manager to join this leading Healthcare organisation.      
The right candidate will have experience Ensuring the development and continuous improvement of effective and efficient processes for the completion of Payroll transactional activities which support the whole employee life cycle, utilising the functionality them where possible, including: –  
  • Payroll preparation
  • Payroll administration
  • New Starters;
  • Employee changes
  • Leavers
Job Requirements  
You should have the following skills, experience and/or qualifications:
  • Payroll Admin experience
  • Management experience
  • Experience of working within a HR Shared Service environment;
  • Previous experience of developing and continually improving HR processes and procedures;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills;
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR systems
  • Experience of developing KPIs and SLAs to enhance service delivery
