Our client is a group of regional care companies, founded in 2013. From over 100 locations across the UK and with more than 6,000 care and support professionals. Each contributing with expert local care services knowledge, they provide, safe, bespoke, personalised care and support services to people with different needs, promoting independent living. The Role

The successful candidate will report directly to the Ops Director and will have overall leadership responsibility for the finance functions in the region. The Regional Head of Finance works closely with the Senior Management Team to provide critical insight into all aspects of financial performance of the business in order to deliver business objectives. They will assist the Senior Management Team in the business planning & reporting cycle (strategic plans, budgets, outlooks and forecasts). It is envisaged that this is a full-time role. This role will suit a highly motivated, analytical and versatile team player, who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The applicant should also show ability to work successfully as part of a passionate and growing team; be proactive and show initiative. We encourage candidates who are looking for long term growth.


  1. Fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  2. Extensive senior level accountancy experience
  3. Experience of managing a team
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Strong leadership skills
  6. Ability to work under pressure and to cope with change
  7. Previous experience in care sector would be valued


The Head office is located in Southampton, and you will be required to work full time on site
