Jamie-Leah Taylor, Senior Consultant, Marketing Practice, CCS

Jamie-Leah Taylor

I joined CCS as the second employee back in 2017 when Sam was at the early stages of building CCS. It has been brilliant to see the business and team grow from three people in a basement office to now twelve people in an incredibly open planned office with a stunning view of Brighton.

I oversee the Marketing Practice, responsible for Marketing, PR, Communications and also Fundraising, Philanthropy and Major Donor appointments. I tend to work more so within the Charitable, NFP and Third Sector space.

I am currently studying for the REC, and have recently begun my CIPD online course which I have decided to put myself through to develop my skills.

Most recently, I have placed the Group Marketing Director at an Animal Health provider and I have just begun to work on an exclusive Chief Marketing Officer assignment for an Independent Health Provider.

When I’m not working in our entertaining office, I am usually found planning my next travelling adventures, reading or writing.

Recent placements

  • Group Marketing Director | Private Healthcare Provider
  • Head of Marketing | Aesthetics Provider
  • Marketing Manager | Animal Welfare Provider
  • Director of Communications | Public Healthcare Body
  • Senior Marketing Coordinator | Specialist Charity

Jamie-Leah was incredible to work with. She was professional and engaging from the start and could answer all my questions. While being professional at all times she has a very friendly style and was emphatic to any concerns I had. Jamie-Leah works very hard for the benefit of everyone involved, she provides an exceptional service and is a real benefit to CCS.

Group L&D Manager

Jamie Leah contacted me following interest in a position and following discussions and a face to face meeting, I have to say she has been the best recruitment consultant I have ever worked with.

Jamie Leah is extremely professional, demonstrated honesty, integrity and has a great personality that compliments her role very well.  But I believe her biggest asset is her ability to communicate effectively, her listening skills are second to none, she asked all the right questions and retained what she had learned during the conversations to better the process. She always kept me up to date with developments and I feel did a great job of balancing the needs of CCS, the employing company and myself.

Senior Marketing Manager

Jamie-Leah’s support provided during my recruitment journey was extremely compassionate, inspiring, professional and thorough. She took a personal interest in knowing me as a person, what I was looking for in my career and what success was in my recruitment journey. A great person to have on your side during a career change.
