CCS are a unique and dedicated recruitment consultancy providing services for all corporate and business leadership needs. Our core markets are HR, Finance, Marketing, Property & Estates and Intelligence & Analytics.

We like to do things differently here at CCS. We believe in what we do, growing our brand around our Consultants who are fully invested and immersed in the market space they work within.

We take our responsibilities seriously as an organisation, investing heavily in our staff both professionally and personally, creating an environment for growth and development, whilst also committing to our CSR efforts through ongoing Volunteering and Charitable commitments.

Our History

CCS were established in January 2017, when the Corporate Services division of Compass Holding Group (CHG) opened up their first separate office in Brighton.

Since then, the team has grown more than five-fold; we have five devoted practice’s covering all levels for corporate and business leadership hires; have a fresh new website; and have moved into an amazing new office in the heart of Brighton.
