Healthcare Business Development Manager – Luxury Elderly Care

CCS were engaged by an ultra-luxury Care Home provider to source multiple Healthcare Business Development Managers as part of a drive to increase their portfolio of homes, and associated occupancy levels anticipated with this growth.

The Healthcare Business Development Manager position would require successful candidates to be networking with GP’s in the local community to promote the provider’ s services, and subsequently deal with all customer enquiries to generate referrals across multi-disciplinary service lines. As a result, it was essential that candidates could evidence success in previous sales and marketing roles within the healthcare sector, and ideally be able to demonstrate a proven ability to establish relationships with key targeted external stakeholders.

An initial shortlist of 7 suitable options were presented to the client, all of whom were met at first stage, followed by a second meeting with the Board and senior leadership team for a candidate who fully met the brief. The offer was accepted at first time.
