Procurement & Security Manager – Private Acute

CCS were approached by an industry household name within the Private Acute and Mental Health markets to exclusively source a Procurement & Security Manager.

This multi-faceted role would see the successful candidate be responsible for the procurement and security teams at the organisation, and would mean providing guidance and process support to improve and standardise procedures to reduce costs and improve the overall standards and outcomes for both teams.

CCS submitted a shortlist of 5 candidates who met the client brief, of whom 3 were interviewed at first stage before a preferred candidate who met the key criteria, was invited back for a final interview before being offered. The entire process was completed in a timescale of under 3 weeks, with the incumbent in a position to be able to start immediately.
