Remote Role
Salary – £40,000 + bonus

Are you ready for your next challenge leading the recruitment for a reputable luxury private dental and skin group with clinics across London? If you are passionate about the world of dentistry and have previous dental recruitment experience, this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle across the group for both clinical and management staff
- Maintain staffing and vacancy budget, and work closely with all Practices and Practice Management to understand recruitment requirements
- Innovate and strategise to attract new candidates, e.g. arrange and implement local initiatives, recruitment events, promote social media and success stories
- Draft and place adverts (online and in publications)
- Work closely with Dental Practices to ensure efficient recruitment process from candidate attraction, to recruitment, to onboarding.
- Lead on recruitment of key positions in the company, including processing of pre-employment recruitment checks
- Maintain recruitment marketing online, e.g. website, social media and Linked-in
- Conduct analysis of competitors, e.g. pay rate and benefit reviews
- Manage the recruitment budget, and where the group spends money
- Liaise with agencies to negotiate additional support
- Work with the Director and Operations Manager on company initiatives to ensure the relationships are maintained with top talent in the industry
Requirements:
- Previous experience recruiting in the Dental Industry is essential
- You will have an in-depth understanding of the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate attraction to onboarding
- A knowledge of the dental sector and understanding of the current market
- A strong network of dental professionals will be beneficial
- Previous experience in HR related positions is desirable
