Adam is Director at CCS, responsible for the growth of the brand, as well as supporting Health and Social Care clients with senior appointments across the full Back Office spectrum.

Heading up the Manchester Office, Adam has more than 9 years’ Healthcare recruitment experience – of which more than 5 years is during his time at Compass. During this time, he has accumulated an impressive understanding of the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities markets, as well as a strong understanding of the Elderly Care and General Healthcare sectors.

During his time at Compass, Adam has received outstanding feedback from both clients and candidates alike, commenting on his ability to understand complex requirements, and ultimately deliver where others have failed – making him a go-to recruiter in the space.
