Julie joined Compass Corporate Services in 2020 as a Senior Consultant, where she is responsible for recruiting into the Elderly Care sector across HR and Marketing mandates.
Julie formerly has been a Recruitment Manager at a UK-wide blue-chip recruitment specialist for more than 15 years, dedicated to the field of corporate services recruitment. Her continued success can be attributed to her tenacity, transparency and understanding in remarkable depth her clients, job briefs and candidate requirements. Julie uses both traditional recruitment methods for resourcing the passive candidate market delivering the best talent available.
Julie has been responsible for making some of the most senior corporate services appointments within the Elderly Care markets over the past 18 months, including the Commercial Director of a national Homecare provider, Director of Business Development & Marketing for a Residential Care provider, Head of Sales & Marketing for an Elderly Nursing provider, and the Director of HR & People for a Neurorehabilitation Care specialist.
