Stuart has been a key player working within the Compass brands for over 12 years and is the Head of Compass Associates & Compass Corporate Services brands. He is responsible for both of the brands’ strategic direction and performance. We have over 70 consultants offering a premium service to our partners and clients across the Health, Care & Education sectors.

Compass Associates is segmented into three core specialist areas:

• Elderly Care (Care Homes; Homecare / Supported Living)
• Specialist Services (Mental Health; Adult Social Care; Children’s Services & Education)
• Healthcare (Private Acute; Primary Care; Community Care; Digital Health; Dental; Veterinary; Optical; Audiology)

Compass Corporate Services is segmented into four core specialist areas;

• Human Resources
• Finance & Accounting
• Sales & Marketing
• Property & Estates

Stuart particularly focuses on our partnerships with all clients ensuring they receive a high value service. With a network across the Health, Social Care & Education sectors he is well placed to consult, analyse and develop recruitment & retention strategies for our partners, in addition to ensuring delivery.
