CCS | Compass Corporate Services have partnered with a very successful and growing care homes group in looking for a Regional Facilities Manager.

Overview
As the Regional Facilities Manager you will run the entire RPM & PPM function in 15 care homes in South Essex. Ensuring building and environments meet a high standard and initiate a proactive schedule of future works. You will also monitor maintenance standards including the performance of homes maintenance staff at each of the homes.

You will need to have relevant FM experience and ideally within the care sector. The company's success stems from consistent quality provided by the staff and you would be no exception. In return the group invests heavily in internal, external, and e.training programmesfor you to improve and up skill.

  • Essential Criteria

    • Experience in a similar role within Healthcare
    • Driving Licence
    • Organisation and attention to detail
